Branch Manager

Location:

• Bangkok Region of Thailand

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for managing sales and expenses for the assigned branches as a Branch Manager. Plan sales activities, analyze sales data, expenses, market trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Stay updated with the latest knowledge and technology to apply in sales planning and expanding market share to achieve set goals.

• Manage inventory to ensure continuous turnover, preventing obsolete or overstocked items. Control the ordering process to maintain adequate inventory levels aligned with sales plans and policies.

• Establish guidelines and monitor the management of branch operations, sales areas, and warehouses. Oversee and manage personnel to ensure adherence to company standards, maximize customer satisfaction, and prevent property loss.

• Provide guidance and supervision to subordinates to ensure effective performance aligned with organizational policies and readiness for future promotion to supervisory or managerial roles.

• Control branch losses in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Working schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales management at a supervisory level.

• Ability to travel to branches within the assigned region or relocate to manage branches across different regions.

• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and accountability for individual and team performance.

• Strong communication and mentoring skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
